Name Dropping
So this party was fun. I had an interesting conversation with Brian, which confirmed that the first season of survivor is the rosseta stone of reality TV. Paul bought me a red stripe. Mike and I had a great conversation about music, and he recommended Kasey Chambers, who rocks. Pitchaya brought home made ginger snaps. GI Jane and I talked about writing-- she is twice as classy in person as online. Eric explained to me the benefits of modular content management systems. Jason told me how he built the Silkscreen Font. Mr Swill was there, but his hat was in the coat check so I didn't recognize him. Mike, R Allan, and I watched in amazement as the universe and an incredibly helpful bouncer conspired together to take care of the Raving Atheist. Orchid won my eternal admiration when she told me she had come out of blog retirement to post a link to the Johnny Cash Hurt video. I met Ari and Jim, and I got to talk to the elusive fish on the phone.
Also, I drank excessively. It's good to be back.
