Praise For Monster Island! The New York Times raves: “…Cell phone-size literature! …Weighty Themes! ... the Zombie Apocalypse!”
Well, what they actually said was that Wireless inc “offers web users cell-phone size literature on such weighty themes as the Zombie apocalypse.”, which is backhanded, sure, but that's the Times for you. By the way: Did you know that out of all the holiday book releases this season, some of the strongest sales are for the Halo 2 Strategy Guide?
And did you know that most of those sales were out of Gamespots, not bookstores?
And that they were sold primarily to male readers between the ages of 18-34, a demographic group long thought immune to the joys of book-learnin'?
